Jesse said he was not satisfied with the overall experience because he was not happy with the quality of the repair and he was not happy with the body work. There is still something rubbing on the left side when he hits the brakes. They lost the attachment to the radar detector. There was no good communication. They did not call him, he had to call them to get updated. There was no promised time given. He was not kept informed during the repair process. He had to call them. As a result of this visit, he will not recommend this facility to others.
