Evelyn said she brought her vehicle into this business to have her bumper and fender fixed. She was not satisfied with the quality of the repair but chose not to elaborate. The repair took over a month due to parts delays and cost her over $900 in a rental fees. She had to call for updates. They told her they would call on a particular day but she would never receive a call. She said she would get emails but wanted phone call up dates. She has used this business before but never had such problems. When she did call to follow-up, no one gave her a reasonable explanation as to why the repairs were so late. When she did get her vehicle back the inside was dusty and smelt like paint. She said this was such a frustrating experience. She will make sure everyone is told about her experience with this business. When she called and asked for a manager, she was told they would give her a call. The only call she got was from an employee that told her the vehicle was not ready. She said she will give this business an opportunity to own up to what went wrong and make things right. She was told by the dealership this place of business was separate and had nothing to do with them. No one has acknowledged that this experience was an inconvenience to her. She will not recommend them due to this experience.
