"Always excellent work, in an HONEST atmosphere, that is RARE these days!! "
Took my truck in for a "tire pressure sensor fault" alert. Unfortunately, Gary couldn't fix it because he didn't have the ability to fix the calibration; all the wheels were miscalibrated from a previous tire rotation. He was very specific about the problem, though, and let me know what needed done. I tried to take it to a Ford dealer to have the calibration corrected and the ONE faulty sensor replaced, but instead, they insisted I had to replace ALL FOUR for $500, and WOULDN'T replace just one. When I advised them I had a warranty, they just refused to touch my truck at all, so they wouldn't have to JUSTIFY their findings. THAT'S why I stick with Parker Auto...

I trust Parker Automotive. Another shop told me my dashboard had to be removed to fix my turn signals and it would be expensive. Gary said that it wasn't necessary and fixed it!
