Initial customer service, physical environment
On my initial visit, the guys in the Service Department were very nice and helpful. The waiting area is really cool with multiple types of comfortable seating, TV's, music, WiFi, water and coffee! I am waiting for a part to come in so my car can be repaired and am having some difficulty getting a call-back. It is the weekend, though, so I will give them the benefit of the doubt and will try again today to get confirmation of the part coming in before I return. I will review again after my repair is complete and hopefully, it will still be a five star!
