"Air conditioning blowing cold again"
This is the first survey I've been asked to complete following service at Paul's. Had I been given the opportunity in the past, I'd have gladly praised these guys for quality work at an honest price.

The issue at hand:
My wife had been noticing the air conditioning gradually becoming warmer over the past month. So, in an attempt to provide a cheap and quick fix, I bought a can of R134a from a local auto store and topped the system off using the gauge and hose provided with the kit. Unfortunately, this provided no cooler air than what the vehicle was making before the recharge.
Knowing the quality work Paul's shop provides, I took the SUV in to have the issue addressed by those more knowledgeable than myself. We got the vehicle in shortly before they were closing and to my surprise, I got a call telling me what they would like to do to try and fix the problem. I hadn't expected them to even get to looking at the vehicle in the short amount of time they had, let alone receive a call. I agreed with the recommendation and received another call a short while later telling me they had the system pushing cold air! My wife went back up to get the car from the shop and was informed they found no obvious leaks but to let the guys know if the a/c began to fail again so they could get it back into the shop to completely fix whatever the source of the problem may be.

It's been 5 days or so and we're still enjoying the cold a/c! Thanks again.

Sean said the guy who conversed with him over the phone was very nice. They charged him a lot of money to put a starter in his vehicle. The next day the starter died and no one from the business was available for days.

"Paul's Automotive Service is a great place to get your auto fixed."
We have had our trucks worked on several times at Paul's and have been very satisfied with their work. They make us feel like family. I trust this company.
Thanks Paul's for getting our truck fixed. Now we can go camping this week.
