"Pleasant customer service and support."
I have been using a regular mechanic most my life but after buying a pre-owned Hyundai Elantra from CarMax, I felt it was worth the money to have my "Bernie" (yes I named my Elantra, Bernie), taken care of by people who know best.

"Pearson Hyundai, a cut above"
Pearson Hyundai is ALWAYS busy, they usually have a few minutes extra in the wait time, but this is OK, because their overall service is smooth, worry-free, and just simply stellar compared to some places where they have got you in and out in 15 minutes. I have the confidence in knowing my vehicle is maintained properly with this group and no one besides me and Pearson's will be allowed to service my vehicle while in the Richmond, Va area.

Waited a little longer than usual. I guess that was to be expected as it was close to the end of the month. Overall experience was great. Our salesman stopped in to say hello while I was waiting. Tom is a good guy, very down to earth.
