Mr. Martin I am sorry we could not duplicate the concern, I even tried myself to get the car to act up and could not. I do believe we met in the showroom and talked for a bit. I told you I could get you in a rental if you needed me to. You had a ride at that time and did not need the rental. The offer still stand if you need a rental in the future just have my guys get me and I will make it happen as promised. We do not have a set loaner car problem like we talked about but I will make sure you are taken care of. I'm sorry we recieved such a low score from you.
