Pam said the staff was nice, kind and courteous. Her only concern was when she called earlier in the day to check if the business did oil changes and at what price, she was told by Steve she would receive a $15 rebate and an additional $5 coupon. She visited the business that same day but as it turned out, the coupon was valid only until the next day so she was not able to use it.
