Fran said her previous visit took an hour and a half long. It was a long wait. However, when she came back the next day for a different vehicle, they worked on it very quickly. There was no wait.

Fran said her vehicle needed a special oil filter and this business did not have it in stock. She said that she waited for this part to arrive, but it took more time than she expected.
