I'd recommend, but...
They do fine work. Timely, reasonable prices, good products, good job. But I don't like the separation of services between the 2 Nilles locations now. It means when I get my oil changed/tires rotated, if I need brake service, I need a separate visit to the other location. And the hours are not the same between locations. Tough now to get tire/brake service with the current hours they are open.

Hi Greg, I left you a message and would still love to chat directly with you about your issue. In case you cannot contact me though, I at least wanted you to see that we are making an effort. The new Quick Lube location has extended hours - M-F 8AM-7PM and Sat 8AM-4PM. The shop at 479 Nilles still has the same hours on M-F from 8AM-530PM and on Saturday from 8AM-Noon. So, our hours at the Quick Lube are longer and at the shop the same they have been for years. It is true, you do have to go the shop for brakes and the Quick Lube for oil changes, flat tires, rotations, etc... Now, if you want to get brakes and an oil change done at the same time, just come to the shop and we will take care of everything there. The new Quick Lube is completely for your convenience and meant to get you out of the door fast! If we need to accommodate you, please let me know how we can do so and I will make sure we do everything we can to make our service for you as convenient as possible. Thanks, Chris Pfefferle
