After several atempts to contact customer we were unable to reach them to discuss their concerns
I visited the store on Friday, 3/22. The person who greeted me acted like he wanted to close and I was bothering him. It was several hours to closing. I went in to get the $34.99 special. They told me I should not rotate the tires because I needed two tires. Of course, they found an air filter that needed to be replaced. I ended up spending $63 and they gave me prices of replacing two tires. They forgot to put on my sticker which I brought to their attention. It fell of 3 times after I left. I will NEVER visit this location again. I usually write letters to compliment, so this is strange to me.
