Straightforward Estimates with No Pressure
I was experiencing some car noises that I wasn't sure the origin. I was able to drop my car off on short notice and Pfefferle was able to diagnose the issue the next day. They also recommended some other maintenance that my car needed. There was no pressure at all to fix any of the issues. I was able to fix what was needed right then and because of that, I will return to get the other items taken care of! He also offered to provide me a rental car next time as well so my husband and I don't have to coordinate drop off/pick up. Thank you!
