"Second visit not so great!"
My first visit was good because the price was reasonable for a conventional oil change with filter . The workers were friendly, quick and professional. They went through a safety list and I think they topped off the other fluid levels . I was on my way and happy with the service level. The second visit I expected the same service but the attendant seem to want to push a more expensive oil instead of the regular oil on me at a higher cost plus the "kicker" was if I wanted the other fluid levels checked, it would cost me five dollars more to have them checked and topped off. That was a big turn off for me. Topping off fluid levels and doing safety checks has always been a courtesy benefit for the customers to show that you care for their safety and return business . All I got from this visit was how much more money you could charge me ....not so much thank you and please come again

Hi Carl, We are sorry to hear you are not satisfied. We have always had three different levels of service we offer. The economy service - this is the service you have purchased both visits with us - is $24.99. This is designed for the do-it yourselfer. For only $5 more, we offer the full service, the do-it for me client. We think, and many of our other clients for years also feel the same way, that the $5 upgrade is a good value. We are sorry you disagree, but that has been our oil change price structure since 1998. As far as premium oil goes, we do recommend them. They are better for your car. This is what I use in my personal vehicles. If your car does not require it, then it is up to you. We take pride in not hard-selling people so I am sorry if you feel that is what happened to you.
