Kareem said the people are always customer service oriented. They are down to earth. He said the owner always tell him the truth without sugarcoating it, which he appreciates. The people are pretty cool. His whole family, including his father goes to this business. He said in the past the business found a broken cap and ordered the part, then replaced it without charging him.
