New Service Format a Pleasant Suprise
I wasn't sure about the new service format at first (i.e staying in the car during the entire oil change service), but was pleasantly surprised. The entire process took less than 15 minutes and I was able to spend the time in the comfort of my driver's seat. It was like getting serviced on pit road at a racetrack! The technicians were courteous and professional and I could even see (and hear) what was going on, as well as ask questions. A very pleasant experience in a time of diminished customer service.
