3rd times a charm, thank goodness
First two times had oil leak and gasket not replaced on my newer car. Was very unhappy. Had to return twice for oil leak to be fixed. Missing gasket was discovered and corrected while we were on vacation! A big inconvenience. Happy ending - was told this would never happen again, given coupons, and encouraged to come back. Did yesterday, and all went great! They even remembered me! Very impressed with their handling of problem/mistake correction. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you for the good follow up and customer service!
