David said he will go back to this business but he had an issue with Chad, the employee who helped him with his service. When he arrived the following day to pick up his vehicle, Chad asked him how he could help him. It would have been nice if he had remembered him from the previous day. It was not a big deal to him.

It takes a few visits for me to remember a customers name although I usually will recongnize their face. This is something I will continue to work on and, we look forward to seeing you in the future
