Grace said her vehicle was not repaired correctly the first time at this business. When she took it back to them, they told her she would need a diagnostic done on it. They wanted to charge her more money for the diagnostic. Her check engine light was still coming on. It was also making the same sputtering noise it was making before she had it repaired at this business. She said she thought the spark plugs needed to be replaced in her vehicle. She told the mechanic who worked on her vehicle that she was not sure if the spark plugs needed to be replaced. The mechanic replaced her spark plugs anyway. This still did not fix the problem with her vehicle. She will not be taking her vehicle back to this business for them to try to correct the problem. She will be using her own mechanic. For these reasons mentioned, she would not recommend this business for service.

sorry to learn about your unsatisfaction
when you brought your car in you asked us to replace your spark plugs and we did as we were instructed at the price you were quoted ,alot of customers replace their spark plugs for maintenance , you did not express any concerns or ask for diagnostics .so the work was completed successfully and correctly , you mentioned your concern after the job you requested was completed, we did not perform any type of diagnostics because it was not requested till after the fact, i recommend taking your car back to the shop who told you that your plugs were the reason for your concern because they are responsible for their misdiagnosis and should fix your car at no charge.
we will be happy to diagnose your vehicle but we will charge $85 for the time , experience and equipment invested in the process, and present you with exact estimate of repair cost.
