"Service contract is a scam"
Ernie, the service director did try to patch things up and he was very professional about it. My beef was with the service contract. I want a refund. Thats the only way to fix this.

"30000 mile check up"
Overall the experience was good as usual. However being asked to pay $40.00 for an oil change is a bit much when you can purchase one for much less at auto shops. Really wish Hyundai would honor loyal owners with discounts for oil changes

"Best customsr experience ever"
I shopped around for a new car for months..one bad experience after the next I gave up. Then out of the blue decided to look into an offer from Phil Long Hyundai. Everyone worked so well with me from start to finish.Im a loan specialist and I know it gets hard giving the customer whatever they want. The employees were extremely nice and understanding. They made the process simple and got me into a car that I loved. "Oil change"
I've never had any problems whenever I've taken my car in, this was just an oil change and they checked on the two recalls, I had no problems, but I got a FREE oil change!! Woo hoo!!!

"Took way to long and charged for upgraded oil service without asking"
Longest oil change. I should have done it myself because it would have taken less time and the threads in my oil pan wouldn't be messed up.
