I use to bring my vehicles to firestone to get fixed about 10 years ago and I never had an issue with services, but recently it seems I was rushed the whole time, Sherman is a fast interactive guy but now I felt rushed to just leave my keys and come back the next day, with no explanation of what will be done to the car, he tells me price 1 day and next day it's 50$ more than what he told me the previous day, definitely got over charged about 50$ for the part I needed, and his labor prices are threw the roof, if you have money to blow your car will get fixed but it'll definitely cost you!
