Lillie said everyone at the business, from the staff member in the front office to the technicians who work on the vehicles, is very nice and friendly. She had gotten new tires from them then on this visit new rotors and brakes. She said she feels something and she is not sure what it is when she uses the brakes so she will take it back to them so they can check and maybe explain to her what it is she may be feeling. Before she lost her husband, when something like this came up, she would just let him know and he would take care of it. Now, she can not do that and she wants to make sure she does not end up stranded or making something worse because she did not take care of something she should have.
