Tuan said this business cracked his windshield, they did not buff his paint correctly, they used his gas and he had to push his vehicle to the gas station after he picked it up because he was unable to use a gas can. They lost his diffuser for his bumper because the business took it back to the parts facility and could not find it for a week. He was given no promise time, but it took a month to get his vehicle back. He had to call and be informed on the repair. They made no attempt to contact him regarding any updates. Due to this experience, he would not recommend this business to others.

Anthony said the customer service was good but the quality of the paint job was not. The paint did not match and the business did not try to make it right. He would not recommend them to others for the reasons mentioned.

Andrew said he is very upset with this facility. He had to drive a lot of miles at least 5 or 6 times so that they could do the job correctly. They refused the pictures that were sent over from the dealer. They only painted the tail gate and put touch up paint on the door. He can still see the cracks in the door. His wife said the person she spoke with over the phone was very rude and he was never called and updated. He has already turn a friend away from going to get his vehicle painted at this business and he will not recommend them due to this experience.

Billy said he will be taking his vehicle back a fourth time. He was not satisfied with the quality of the work because the vehicle is still making the same noise. He said he already has an appointment. His vehicle was supposed to be ready several times but it was not because they had to order parts or other things came up. He had to call them about the process. He will not recommend this business based on this experience.

Matthew said they didn't repair his vehicle right the first time. He said they had to fix it twice because the rear bumper and the bed to his vehicle were crooked. He had to wait three extra days for his vehicle. He said he would not recommend them based on this experience.

Spoke with Brett. He said he was frustrated while having his vehicle repaired at this facility. He brought the vehicle in to have a door handle replaced. Brett asked a representative at this business if he should wait or drop off the vehicle and come back later. He was told if he waited it would take 45 minutes to replace. He was not kept informed because 2 hours and fifteen minutes later someone had noticed him and told him they had to order a part for a radio that had been recalled, which they had already fixed. He had no knowledge that there was a recall. There was no communication and they had forgotten he was still there waiting for his vehicle. He had to bring the vehicle back again for the door handle. He said the sales department was great but not the service department at this business. He takes his vehicle for service because it is the only business in town who services his Hyundai. This business did pay for a rental vehicle for the day he brought the vehicle back in for the door handle replacement. He wouldn't recommend the business to others because of the reasons mentioned.

Christine said this business overlooked the drive shaft. She has her vehicle at another establishment getting the drive shaft replaced. This business didn't do everything they were supposed to do. It took days longer to fix her vehicle due to the business trying to get the right parts. This business is 150 miles from her home. She was out of town when her vehicle got wrecked. For these reasons, she won't recommend them.

Sabir said he was satisfied with the quality of the repair, however, he has to take his vehicle back. They replaced his front bumper with a new one, but they didn't give him a new light which is near his bumper. They kept his old light and he wants a new light to go along with the new bumper. He also wants to get his bumper corrected, because it is sticking out and it wasn't put on correctly. He plans to contact the business regarding these issues, on Monday.
