Byron said his wife took the vehicle to the business to have the hood repaired. The person she talked to at the business told him the damage was caused by driving behind a gravel truck. He went back to the business and told them that was not the case, something was wrong with the clear coat that he had purchase form the business. The business that makes the clear coat told the business that indeed it was the clear coat that was bubbling and not damage from gravel. After that was confirmed, they paid this business to redo the clear coat. He said he was not happy with the business for not believing what his wife had told them and because of it, he would not recommend them to others.

Spoke with Vira. She said the vehicle was ready four days earlier than she expected but not all the repairs were made. The business did not fix everything that the estimate included. She said she is pretty frustrated with the business and is working with her insurance company to resolve the issue.

Spoke with Ruth. She said the repair was not done right. The lining on the driver's side door and the trunk were not done properly. The repair was completed two weeks later than promised because they were having issues with the back axle not aligning. She will not be recommending this facility because the whole situation was not handled properly.

Kevin said they scratched his vehicle when they were repairing it. He doesn't like the way the door fits. He said it isn't lined up.He said he is going to wait until after they take care of the issues. His vehicle wasn't ready when promised. It was late two times. He rejected the due first date. He wasn't kept adequately informed. He had to call them for information.

Kathy said this business didn't do the work right the first time, so the vehicle was not ready on time. The work was done quickly afterwards, even though there was a lack of communication. She chose not to elaborate. This business does great work. She said she pointed out to them that one of the hubcaps was missing.

Charles said they did some work on the hood and there were some rock chips on it, which they didn't capture. They put a new bumper on the front but they forgot to put a front license plate on it and they didn't make holes for one either.

Lorinda said this is the third time the vehicle returned due to the paint peeling on the vehicle. During this visit there was no repair work done. There was no estimate prepared for the paint work. Lorinda said when the first gal looked at the vehicle, she went back in and brought out a lady who might have been a manager. When she looked a the vehicle she agreed they would repaint the vehicle, but Lorinda said she made the comment in a rude way. As a result of the way the problem was addressed by the second woman and the rude way she spoke, she would not recommend.

Priscilla said she's very upset. She brought two vehicles in for repairs. Her Lincoln is out and it's fine. Her Charger is back in due to when she picked it up she noticed her seat belt was not working and it was before she took it in. It had been in for 3 weeks for other work that was being done. Now it has been in for 3 more weeks and she is still making payments on that vehicle. She also had a call from the other person's insurance company to tell her that the bill is $925 and that they were going to charge her insurance company. Something is wrong because it should not have taken that long to fix the seat belt. It is not right because they had the rental for 37 days because the vehicles were not ready when promised and she was never told why. One of the advisors had told her when she picked up her other vehicle that she had to close out a ticket and the rental would be paid for. Then she was told that was not true they would only pay for an additional 3 days, which didn't make any sense because they still have the vehicle. At this time until this matter is resolved she will not recommend this place of business.

Spoke with Sheryl. She said the work was fine but the communication about getting the loaner vehicle was a disaster. She was left waiting an hour for the person with the loaner to show up and then take her back where she came from. She missed a doctor's appointment because of the delay. She said they had to buff out a spot when she arrived. Also, she said she was not contacted during the repairs at all.

Patrick said the technicians at this business told him the repairs for his vehicle would take a week but only took about three to four days. He also said he had to bring back his vehicle because there were some over spray on one area.

James said he can see a line in the passenger side door. He stated he thought they welded a piece in and didn't think they put on a new door. The quality of the repair is okay. He can live with it and it's not that bad. He chose this business because he bought the vehicle new in 2000 from the affiliated dealership. James commented it all looked good. It's one little line and the rest of it looks good.

Hillary said that this experience seemed average. She wasn't satisfied with the quality of the repair because she didn't like how they used Bondo after she asked them not to use it. Hillary said that the person she worked with was nice but seemed very abrasive and authoritative.

Adam said the work took a long time. They left some grease marks and stains on his roof. He said his veicle was a week late, but he was not upset about it. He said he believes the delay had to do with the insurance business. He said he called them on several occasions to check on the status of his vehicle.

Spoke with Bryan. He said he didn't rate his overall experience with this business higher because he was supposed to get his vehicle back in a week and a half, but got it back in 5 weeks. He stated the delays were caused by parts needing to be ordered, and additional damage which they had to report to his insurance adjuster. At one point this business broke a rear window while they were working on his vehicle, so that had to be fixed. Even though this business kept finding additional issues, the rental company kept wanting him to return his vehicle. He would have to keep calling his insurance company to contact the rental agency about the delays. When his vehicle was dropped off there was coffee all over from the accident, and he asked this business to clean his vehicle. When he arrived to pick up his vehicle, it hadn't been cleaned. This business told him they forgot to clean it, but Brian pointed out the floor mats were out of his vehicle, so he doesn't believe they forgot to clean it. He and his wife had to kill 3 hours while they cleaned his vehicle for him. Aside from the above issues, Brian mentioned this business did a good job.
