Spoke with Joey. He said this business took longer on his vehicle with a total of five weeks. They were unable to get the insurance company to call back for the adjustment and he had to do it himself. The adjustments were done the next day after he spoke to the insurance company.

Charles said his experience was pretty good, and he was satisfied. He has taken the vehicle back because there is some rattling going on they didn't catch, and he had to test drive it. There was no promised time, but the repair was a little slow. They had to order the parts, but this was not an inconvenience to him. Todd was awesome, and on point, and did everything he was supposed to, and they're all a good group of people.

Richard said he asked the employees at this business for all of the old parts from his vehicle, and he did not get them. As of now, he is satisfied with the quality of the repair. It looks okay but he will find out later if it needs further repair. He dropped his vehicle off on Monday and picked it up on Wednesday. They had the parts for the repair because he already paid for them, so there was not much need to be kept informed. He chose them because he owns a Ford vehicle and it has 5,000 miles on it.

Tiffany said the person she was speaking with quoted her a price, and once the part came in to fix the vehicle he then told her that he can not fix it for that price he quoted her the first time. He wanted to charge her $300 more. She said she feels they should always stick with the first quote.
