Wilmeretta said she had no problems with the business and they worked it out where she could get an extra day with the rental. They worked with Progressive for her. She hears rattling in the back and will be bringing it back to the business. Nobody contacted her about when her vehicle was going to be ready and she works an hour and 50 minutes away. The insurance was not going to pay for her rental after the vehicle was done and it was a Friday. She had to leave her office and it was not managed well.
