Lorinda said this is the third time the vehicle returned due to the paint peeling on the vehicle. During this visit there was no repair work done. There was no estimate prepared for the paint work. Lorinda said when the first gal looked at the vehicle, she went back in and brought out a lady who might have been a manager. When she looked a the vehicle she agreed they would repaint the vehicle, but Lorinda said she made the comment in a rude way. As a result of the way the problem was addressed by the second woman and the rude way she spoke, she would not recommend.
