Spoke with Pamela. She said they did not set a due date. She was pleased with how long the work took. She did not receive updates during the repairs. She said she was very upset with the insurance company because they did not allow the business to complete the repairs. She was told they would complete the repairs, but the insurance company told her she would have to pay the deductible twice because of the nature of her accident. She said the insurance woman was rude and so was the first person she dealt with at this business. She later dealth with Sonny and he was nice, but could not do anything because the insurance company would not let him. The work they did was good. She has used this business before and they are very good. She said she is really upset and she does not know what to do now. She chose this business because Donna was very good to her in the past, but Donna no longer works at this business.
