Raymond said everything went smoothly and the vehicle was ready on time. The work was good. He said the repair department was excellent, but the rental vehicle business was not. He said when he walked into the rental department a woman was on the phone speaking with someone else, but it was not a customer. He had to wait 5 minutes and she did not acknowledge him. He said she should have acknowledged him and indicated that she would be with him shortly, but she just ignored him.
