Gerald said the customer service at this business is excellent. He was not completely satisfied with the bumper because it did not snap in completely which caused a problem with the other side. He has gone back twice to get this bumper issue resolved but it still is not fastening in the way it should. This has been an inconvenience to him since he has to drive 25 miles round trip. He still needs to go back a third time but does not want to leave his wife without a vehicle.
