Employees and attn to detail
Our family has been coming to you since you were @ Twin Oaks Automotive sometime in the late "90's. I cannot imagine going to anyone else. The service is great and I feel that we are treated with respect as a customer and not just a checkbook

Impeccable service ALWAYS!
I moved to SE Portland, but I still always drive to Phoenix Autoworks in Hillsboro for any and all service my car needs. They always give me honest advice on my cars needs and go above and beyond. An incredible value. Priceless when you don't know a thing about cars and know they'll never recommend something you don't really need...they've actually sent me elsewhere for my wipers, bc they knew they'd be cheaper than what they had in stock. They are worth the drive.

rack and pinion replacement
As always, I was fully informed of my options and the cost of each. Pursuing a rebuilt part saved me about $500. My car was repaired was repaired in the time predicted and it's running well.
