Service guys are friendly & attentive
In addition to my regular oil change, I had to get a viscous coulping for the 4 wheel drive system, changed for the second time in 2 years. This is not due to a problem with your service guys. They have been terrific in finding the problem & correcting it. After picking the SUV up, I asked the service advisor to verify that this part is covered under the 10 year/100000 mile warranty. Upon checking, it is. I would greatly appreciate a written verification of this, in the event I experience a problem with this same part, that it is covered under the 10 year/100000 mile warranty.
