"Outstanding Service"
Dear PA, from the moment I call and speak with Ellen, till I check out my repaired auto... the service is so incredibly professional... sometimes I have to pinch myself. Thank you for your outstanding service. I receive updates from Ellen throughout the process. I have scheduled two more repairs with you for September and October and always look forward to my visit with you. My little car tells me you treat it well! :-) Thank you.

"Caring and Trustworthy Team"
I love coming to Pinellas Auto because I know I'll be taken care of without any unnecessary expenses pushed by other auto mechanics. I am a college student, and finding a place I feel confident in sending other students to means a lot to me. You certainly don't get cheated at Pinellas Auto.

"Mixed vibe"
This is my second time with PA. Last year they fixed my AC that had stopped working, did a great job at a fair price made me feel real comfortable and welcome! Got an email that I should bring my Truck in for preventive maintenance as my mileage has just reached 100k. I decided to go in based on my first visit. This time I didn't feel like they really cared if I was there or not, just didn't get the same vibe as with the first time. They seemed puzzled why I was there. I wanted my spark plugs changed and needed them to just check the truck to make sure everything was looking ok. I figured since they sent me the email to come in for a checkup they would have certain things they would check and let me know if I needed something done. The price was a lot more than I expected, I trusted that the job would be done right so I had them do the work. Last time I was offered a ride home since they needed to keep the car all day this time they didn't ask. This time I left a little puzzled.
