Good but not great
I brought my vehicle in for vibration in steering and an odd dysfunction of the A/C system. The vibration was due to tire wear so a new set was needed. I didn't get much information on the best value tire to buy, except this set cost this much, this set costs this much. I think everyone is looking for the best value tire which is the lowest Cost/Mile but your staff , and I believe most tire places do not have that information or won't disclose it. I don't have any interest in different tire brands or any other reason to pick one over the other, except to make a commercial possibly. So information such as value is greatly appreciated. The service rep did try to sell me on a new brake job even though the pads had been changed last year and appeared perfict, but this was a soft sell. I opted not to get this service and the vibration problem is totally gone now. Also, the TPMS sensor was broken during tire removal and replaced without telling me. the new sensor failed to initialize as expected, the next day and I had to make a trip back to Plantation to get instructions on how to get this fixed . I would have preferred to have known about this from the beginning. I still say that Plantation Tire is a cut above the majority of auto repair businesses I've experienced and will continue to use them for all my auto needs
