Ian said the last service visit with the business was not as good as they usually are. It is not totally their fault, it is his dads fault as well. His dad had taken the vehicle to them. He requested a diagnostic and an oil change be performed. When he picked up the vehicle the total bill was $90, of that bill $50 was the cost of the diagnostic. A couple of months ago he had those same services already done to the vehicle. He had told his dad what service had been performed and what problem was found. When he questioned the charge, he was told they had done just what his dad had requested of them. He stated he feels they should have record of the previous transaction and they should have told his dad, it had already been. He said they do good work, their prices are good, and the staff is personable.
