Pat said the technician came out immediately in the rain to pump air in her tire. Someone had come up to her and informed her of the flat while at a stop light. She was in a hurry taking her daughter in law to the hospital. When she returned home she called Triple A. Her tire was taken back to this facility and they had it repaired within 15 minutes. It was a very pleasant experience.

"I recommend Pleasant Valley Shell"
They readily discussed with me which maintenance items were urgent and which could wait a while. As is usual at Pleasant Valley Shell, they did a good job maintaining the car at a reasonable price.

"EXCELLENT SERVICE"
This is not the first time I utilized Pleasant Valley Shell for service. This is one of the reasons I chose them for my current oil change. They have provided excellent service and I was satisfied with the outcome.
