Pat said she sold her RV to a friend and this business did such a good job her friend told Pat she couldn't even tell it had been repaired. Pat really likes this business. They did a wonderful job, and she really liked Scott, the gentleman who worked with her. They were ready ahead of the promised time, and after she mentioned the previous wash job done when they'd summerized the RV, Scott told her they'd wash it again. Pat stated they did a great job. The personnel are wonderful and she'll certainly use them again if she buys a smaller van and she finds the price is right. She sold the RV because when her husband died she lost her pilot. She's used Poulsbo RV since she discovered they sold accessories, too. She'd previously thought they only did sales and service and she hadn't known they had all the equipment. An employee told her Poulsbo RV would match Camping World prices if a lower price was found there on the same item. Pat didn't like Camping World. Last year she spent about $3,000 on tires and stuff. She was supposed to get discounts, but when she asked about the discounts, and the lady got really rude in replying the discounts were on the bill. A manager heard her being rude and gave Pat $50 for each tire for a total of $300, but Pat didn't return.
