Spoke with Ellen. She said she was not completely satisfied with her overall service experience because they did not tighten her filter and they did not perform a water test so she will be bringing her vehicle back in. She stated they did not receive a rating of a 5 because they did not complete or test the work that was performed. She added she was not completely satisfied with the communication between her and her service advisor because of the previously stated issues. She was not satisfied with the quality of service work performed on her vehicle because of the previously stated issues. She would not recommend this business for service to others until her problems are rectified to her satisfaction.
