Gerald said he just noticed they caused some damage from the buffer to the rubber around the windshield. Their staff is an improvement on the people they had before. Robin, in finance was very good and Randy was good. Chris did a wonderful job. He said he felt the RV he purchased was a piece of cr$$ and he has not been able to get the things fixed that needed to be fixed. He has been told some items could not be fixed and he would have to fix them himself. When it came to one of the doors he was told it was a manufacturer's problem and it could not be fixed. The employees need to have all of the information on things like how often the vehicle needs coating. He was told it needs to be done 3 times in 5 years and the book said once in every 18 months. That is not the same. He found lots of things wrong with the RV after he purchased it and never would have purchased it if they would have let him drive it as far as he wanted to. The heat and air conditioning did not work and he has replaced 6 doors. Randy has gone out of his way and told him he wants to make everything right and they have a lot of talented people working there now. He would not recommend this business for service for the reasons mentioned.
