Spoke with Ms. Bruce R. She said she was not completely satisfied with her overall service experience or completely satisfied with the communication between her and her service advisor because she was supposed to receive a call from Patty when the RV was ready but she went home sick and Patty did not call her to let her know that she was leaving and she did not pass on her information to anyone else. She was not completely satisfied with the quality of service work performed on her RV because the awning was not shutting correctly and she feels that someone should have tested it before giving it to her. She also mentioned that Patty was nice and pleasant but she was not happy with the communication.
