Susan said she picked up the vehicle on Friday after closing. She had arranged with the service advisor to pick it up and even the paperwork stated it should be ready for her but it was not. That was more frustrating for the employees than for her. It did not take long for them to get the RV ready for her and everyone was very friendly. The business did nothing to deserve anything less than a top rating but she does not rate anything with a top score. She said in her opinion a 4 is a top score.
