"Bullshit dealer"
The salesman was the only person y hat was honest
the rest of the staff has some serious attention deficit issues
had to walk most of them through the processes that are supposed to be their job and they still screwed us
gave them our money and they completely ignored anything after that
stan ? The manager is an ass##le
even called corporate and have yet to receive a callback

DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY Until everything you request is DONE

John said he was a little upset that there is leakage coming from his trailer because it is brand new. He would not recommend this business because of one particular person. He is assuming he is the manager because he sits behind the desk most of the time but his lack of his customer service was horrible. He was swearing and yelling at his employees, sometimes he would do it through the intercom if he can't find them. He was verbally assaulting all his sales people and that should have been behind closed doors. They could serve him better by having that particular person take a customer service class but other than that after everything is situated he will never come back for business.

Richard said he was not satisfied with his experience because the leak that was coming from his vehicle was not fixed. He was not satisfied with the communication because he was told that there was a crack in the joints, but it was from the factory seams. He is not happy with the quality for the above reasons.

Patrick said he loves his RV and he's very happy, particularly with department that prepped it. He also particularly liked the salesperson Jason. Patrick was completely satisfied with the overall purchase experience, and there were a couple minor details that they could have done better, but he did not elaborate. They did a wonderful job on the financing. He would absolutely recommend this business.

Spoke with Louise's husband. He said they were at an RV park and the refrigerator was not working. He mentioned he called the business and they tried to walk him through it over the phone but he wasn't able to fix the problem. They told him to come into the business without an appointment and they would fix it right away. He said they are best and they have great service.

Spoke with Montine. She said she was completely satisfied with her overall service experience, however, it took a long time for them to complete the service. She dropped her RV off in June and she just picked it up a week ago. She mentioned that they were very sorry about the time it took, so they compensated her. She chose not to evaluate if she was completely satisfied with the quality of service work performed on her RV, because her husband was the one who checked it out. The business could serve her better, by having quicker service with ordering parts. That was some of the hang up with her experience and she doesn't consider that as normal.

Hal stated that he had that same problem with the door occur after service. He called the business and the business told him that the door wasn't secured and it has just come off track. They told him how to fix the door and he thought this was great. Hal thinks that the business needs a little more space in the service area because its a little cramped. He said the business seems to handle the tight area just fine though.

Micheal said that he could have been better served if they paid more attention to what they were doing. When they were servicing the vehicle they used his adapters but didn't put them back. He didn't notice until he was getting ready to use his RV and he wasn't able to. He had to make arrangements to come back and get his adapters. This problem could have been avoided if they had paid better attention to putting things back after using them. Other than that everything else was fine.

Jerry said they were all so nice at Poulsbo RV of Mount Vernon from the sales to the service. It was his first experience with this business and it was great to deal with them. They were not pushy and went above and beyond to satisfy him.
