"They are refusing to fix the problem."
I had a friend that was going to purchase a Hyundai this week. I recommended that he steer clear of Premier and Hyundai. Premier told us to contact Hyundai corporate. Hyundai corporate told me to contact the service manager. The service manager didn't return my call. Meanwhile the problem on my car is getting worse.
