Keith said it was a good experience, and it was a tough tow job to complete. However the driver took his time, and figured a way to get his vehicle out. He was definitely satisfied with his dispatcher. The timeliness was very prompt. He was definitely satisfied with his driver, and he was great. The business performed a really great job.
