Mike said the dispatcher, while polite, was clueless as to where he was and the type of vehicle he had. He sent a driver from Pacific when the one from Maple Valley was closer. He sent a platform vehicle when only a simple towing vehicle was needed. The driver was great. He responded quickly and was very professional. Because the wrong type of towing vehicle was sent even though he described his own vehicle to the dispatcher, he was charged only for the smaller one.
