Kevin said they sent the wrong truck and he paid $300 more than originally quoted, so he wasn't happy with the service at all. The vehicle was in a ditch and they should have sent a wrecker with a winch to get it out of the ditch, but sent a flat bed. They were about a half hour late on the response time. This business sent a wrecker, but he waited 1.5 hours. Also, they didn't inform him of the added expenses with the changes. He was quoted $90, but with a wrecker it went from a flat fee to hourly, they came from Auburn and they never told him there was a travel time charge. The total came to about $384. He was in Maple Valley and they were in Auburn, but the dispatcher answering the phones had no idea what kind of truck to send, and didn't ask the right questions. He wouldn't recommend this business because of the overall experience, the lack of communication, and the increase in cost. To improve, they should train the people to ask the right questions and give full cost information. The driver was very nice and very courteous. It was a hard lesson learned and next time he'll try to find a place that's closer.
