Craig said the first tow he received that went well. After that was not good. He requested a stand by service when someone had the chance to tow one of his vehicles. That was 4 weeks ago and he has not had a response. Since then his son in-law needed a tow so Craig said he called 15 times and got a message that the number was not in service. His business neighbors Pro-Tow so he went out and took the number off the side of the truck and got the same recording. He walked over to Pro-Tow. He stood inside by the glass and watched employees walk by with food for a half hour with no one acknowledging him. He finally gave up. Craig has a business in Auburn, Craig's mobile maintenance and repair, near Pro-Tow but will not plan to use their services again. They would be the most convenient for him but the service they gave him was not deserving of his business.
