Todd said there was a miscommunication between the insurance company and this business. He was quoted $11 by his insurance company but after he was towed, the driver told him it was $33. The driver also was hinting at getting a tip. He was told the insurance company would reimburse this business but they went ahead and charged his bankcard anyway. He had to contact his bank to stop that payment and to block all future tries from them. He finally contacted the insurance company and all three parties spoke. This business told the insurance company not to worry about payment because they had put through the payment, which was unauthorized by him. The response time was half an hour later than promised. He was not completely satisfied with the courtesy or communication of the dispatcher because she was not authorized to put through a payment on his credit card but she did. He would not recommend them to others for the reasons mentioned. He will not be using them again. He suggested they could serve their customers better by being more proactive on communicating with customers about involvement with insurance companies.
