Marty said he was very displeased with his overall experience at this business. He sat and waited for 2 and a half hours. He stated he was unhappy about that. They gave him an estimated time of arrival. He was unsure how much longer they arrived than they estimated. He got fed up and left his vehicle there. The dispatcher was very nice. He was pleased with him. He was kind and courteous. Marty was completely satisfied with the communication of the dispatcher. The response time was their downfall. He never met the driver so he was not satisfied with him. He would never recommend this business to others. When they said they were going to be there at a certain time he expects them to.
