Andrew said he was happy because he eventually got out. He said they took a pretty long time and he was overcharged as a result. He would recommend his dispatcher, but not the business or the driver because he seemed a little standoffish and quiet. He said he thought it would be better if they had people with more experience handling certain vehicles, since the driver did not seem to.
