David said the dispatcher was good. The driver was courteous but David was concerned with the way his vehicle was being handled. He had to intervene and ask the driver not to do some things. The driver threw the metal chains under his vehicle and he was concerned they may hit and damage something. When the driver strapped down the tires, he would have gouged the chrome wheels with the metal buckle. He had to provide his own vinyl gloves to protect his vehicle from scratching. He mentioned he was charged an additional $30 for scrapwood he provided to place underneath the tires. The business could serve him better by slowing down and being more cautious. He would not recommend the business due to this experience.
